Hi Lyndsay, you 8767 re right soreness is not neccesarily a sign of progress, but it does feel nice to be a little sore the next day. I would stick with the Fix until you start to see a loss of progress and then switch it up. Bethany

Hi I 8767 m 55 years old with Hypothyroidism, I seem to vary in weight approx 8 lbs a day no matter what I eat, this has become such a struggle. Do you think this program would work for me? I have spent lots of money over the past few years trying to find the right fix and none so far have worked. I work long hours and I am totally exhausted when I get home at night, not sure I would be able to get the workouts done. Help?
Hi Rose, yes, Tai Cheng sounds like a better program for you to begin with. PiYo would likely be to difficult oyu at his point. Be sute to consult with your doctor before beginning any program. I bought the generic 76 day fix containers, so they make no reference to Shakeology although I do have a Shakeology for breakfast each morning and have for a year and absolutely love it. My question is how does the Shakeology count in the plan? For example, how many veg, proteins, carbs, etc do you count for one shake? Thanks for your help!
I 8767 m worried any other program is going to be too much for you. I really feel like Tai Cheng would be a good investment for you and your health.
